Apple, Sea Salt, Ginger and Lemon Colon Cleanse Recipe:
- Tall glass
- 1 litre of water to boil – (depending how much you want to make)
- Sea Salt
- 1 Apple
- A small portion of Ginger
- 1 lemon
Bring the water to boil in a pot on the stove. Squeeze the juice from the whole lemon into the water and follow by grating the whole apple and however much ginger you wish to add, into the water and continue to boil for at least 40 minutes, before turning the heat down to stop the water from boiling, but still keeping warm. Add in a little salt – but not too much.
Test the drink with a spoon and make sure the falvour is okay – but don’t burn yourself as it will be hot. You can also add some cinnamon for taste if you find the drink a little too zesty for your liking.
Serve in tea cups of mugs and enjoy.
